 | HIGH CLEARANCE CRAWLER SYSTEM Our TJ Crawler system is built for the core rock crawler enthusiast that demands maximum ground clearance and articulation to handle class 5 trails with ease. Derived from the suspension on our desert race trucks, our TJ Crawler System features Radius Arm front suspension and a 3 Link rear system. Everything is connected by a 1/4” thick Transfer Case skid pan tucked up tight against the frame for incredible ground clearance. This system provides zero caster and pinion angle change throughout the suspension cycle while providing more ground clearance at the link ends than any other system on the market today.
The front Radius Arms are 2” DOM 5/16” thick links that pivot on our proven Rotation Urethane joints attaching to the stock axle brackets and into the 1/4” thick belly pan, covered with a UHMW Plastic Skid Cover. Front components include an adjustable Trac Bar with a double shear frame bracket, sway bar disconnect links, pitman arm, stainless brake hoses, bump stops, Performance shocks and coil springs. Optional Dirt Logic 2.50 Coilovers are available in place of Performance shocks and coil springs for exceptional dampening and articulation.
The rear suspension is a 3 Link system with a massive tubular dimple die Wishbone that attaches to a one piece axle bracket with large 2” DOM 5/16” thick lower links. The rear 3 Link utilizes our Rotational Urethane joints on the lower links with a 1” spherical bearing and Rotational Urethane on the Wishbone. Rear components include extended sway bar links, bump stops, shock mounts, Performance shocks and coil springs. |  |  | AXLE SPECIFIC BRACKETRY Stout 1/4” thick axle specific bracketry allows the installation of the rear wishbone on all stock and most aftermarket axle housings including Rock Jock 60, Pro Rock 60 and Ford 9 inch. Contact Fabtech for more information. |  | TRANSFER CASE SKID PAN COVER As found on competition rock crawlers, Fabtech is first to provide a 3/8" thick, high density plastic Transfer Case skid pan cover standard with their system. The unbreakable plastic skid cover spans the entire 1/4" thick steel Transfer Case skid pan with a smooth surface that will help you to slide over mega sized rocks and boulders with ease. |  | COILOVER CONVERSION SYSTEM Add this Coilover Conversion system to our Crawler System with Dirt Logic 2.5 shocks and you’ll have the ultimate TJ system. This bolt on Coilover conversion system replaces the factory coil spring buckets for a smooth highway ride with excellent offroad dampening. |  |  |  | FORGED LINK ENDS Fabtech's giant 2 5/8" OD forged link ends dwarfs a 3/4" heim end. Rebuildable internal design allows for years of trouble free service. | 2” DOM TUBING Large 2" OD DOM tubing with a 5/16" thick steel wall are used to build the Radius Arms and Rear links providing increased dent and bend resistance for heavy rock use. Front Radius Arms and Rear Wishbone are adjustable to dial proper pinion angle. | DOUBLE SHEAR All attaching points of the suspension links, wishbone, shocks and trac bar are built with double shear mounting brackets for superior strength. | |  | 6” LONG ARM SYSTEM Our TJ Long Arm systems redefines what a heavy duty articulating Jeep system should be. We have eliminated using the stock link pockets all together so that the upper and lower link can function on the same equal plane. Combine this equal plane geometry with extended length link arms and our rotational urethane pivot joints and you have a TJ system that will climb, crawl and walk over just about anything you put in front of it.
The extended length link arms mount to a massive one piece welded transfer case crossmember that utilize the stock transfer case skid plate. Other features include adjustable front and rear Trac Bars, shock mount relocation brackets, pitman arm, oversized sway bar quick disconnect links, brake hoses and performance coil springs.
