Overview: This lift system is designed like no one else’s. Cognito goes the extra mile to build customers a tubular front crossmember for a custom look. The design also incorporates a new spindle engineered to offer the best of all worlds in strength, flexibility, and ease of installation. On 4 wheel drive models, there is one simple cut to make on the frame to clear the front differential, not necessary on 2 wheel drives, and 4 holes to drill and the rest is a bolt on installation. This 7” system comes standard with our revolutionary Pitman/Idler arm support kit that eliminates the premature wear found in the GM pitman and idler arm design that is present even on stock vehicles.
HIGH CLEARANCE CRAWLER SYSTEM Our TJ Crawler system is built for the core rock crawler enthusiast that demands maximum ground clearance and articulation to handle class 5 trails with ease. Derived from the suspension on our desert race trucks, our TJ Crawler System features Radius Arm front suspension and a 3 Link rear system. Everything is connected by a 1/4” thick Transfer Case skid pan tucked up tight against the frame for incredible ground clearance. This system provides zero caster and pinion angle change throughout the suspension cycle while providing more ground clearance at the link ends than any other system on the market today.
